Poor Quality. Endless Warranty Claims July 16, 2019

So far they have sent me 2 replacement units. The biggest issue seems to be the bearing on the blades leaking air as fast as the vacuum pump tries to pull it. Still waiting for a response from Vitality 4 Life on this third unit breaking in the same way. Customer assistance has only been good with John's intervention. Also the vacuum containers break from the vacuum rather quickly but are not covered under warranty. John will be my retailer for life! Thanks John.
