I agree that this is a great little sprouter, but it does require some managing to ensure that the trays drain properly, since draining is just as important as watering in order to avoid any mold issues. I agree that ventilation is a problem, so in order to remedy this, I took some coated paper-clips and put four of them around the top edge of each tray at N, S, E, W (except for the bottom capture tray), just pressed them down over the edge and when you re-stack them, this allows the air to circulate. I also rotate the trays after each rinse (2x) per day. The sprouts are looking excellent and will be ready to harvest tomorrow (5th day). Happy sprouting!
