K-Tec better than Vita-Mix March 23, 2002

I've owned both the Vita-Mix (and sent it back) and now the K-Tec. The K-Tec is superior. The jar is more convient than the tall Vita-mix jar. The one touch start and automatic stop is much easier than the 3 step start procedure and 3 step stop procedure.
