I have had my dehydrator for over a year and without a doubt, it works GREAT. I used to use 4 American Harvester dehydrators with 12 trays each whenever I made my beef jerky. Now, I only use my Excalibur! I used to have to rotate my trays after 6 hours, now my jerky is done in 6 hours. I am now going to order another one so I can double my pleasure.

This is the best dehydrator I have ever used!
