I upgraded from a 4 tray Excalibur to a 9 tray. What a difference! I thought since I was the only one in my family that would be using the dehydrator,all I would need was a 4 tray. WRONG! I am thrilled with this thing! Drying time is shorter and because of it's large capacity, I only have to run it once a week for my raw diet. It works so well, but one drawback...a bit noisey.
