I had been using a stackable dehydrator for years. Now I have the ED-2900 9 Tray, it is so much faster and the trays hold more food. I enjoy drying food so much more now. I have dried yogurt fruit roll-ups, peas, carrots, green beans, and jerky for our emergency food storage. We have blizzards here and it pays to be prepared! We've only had the 2900 a few days so I'm just getting started...
