The juicer is great. It juices fast and takes minimal preparation for the produce, since the feed chute is so big. Here are a few things that has been noticed about the machine:

It is possible to mis-align the grinder basket to the point the edges spin against the plastic part of the juicer, heating the plastic to burning and smoke comes out of the top.

SO ITS VERY IMPORTANT:
To align the plastic piece very carefully, and the grinder basket as well. The clear plastic top which directs the pulp upward and out, can also be misaligned, as well, leaving a space where pulp is thrown out the sides instead of being directed to the pulp collector.
