I was looking for a blender that could handle serious abuse, crush ice, and liquify the thickest mixtures. The Juiceman seemed an economical bet. Upon receiving one the motor blew with the first useage (a concoction containing frozen diced mangos, ice cream, juice, soy milk, and a bit of ice). Might I also add that the warranty is quoted void under "normal wear and tear." Boo.
