This is a great secondary juicer for extracting the last of the juice from the pulp of your centrifugal juicer. Not only is "post-pressing" your pulp a good thing to do to get the most juice for your money, but some juicing experts claim that the most nutrient rich juice is only recovered through the process of pressing. Great press for the $$$.
