The fact you have to cut the produce into small chunks is a bit of a pain also. I'm used to the Champion juicer which is fast but messier and not as healthy(heats up juice;kills precious enzimes). Clean up is not as difficult as stated.5 minutes at the most. It even comes with a little brush to help you scrub the pulp out of the strainer. Overall a great juicer. I'd like to compare it to the greenstar to see the differences. But I dont think I'll be forking over 400++ for a juicer any time soon!
