After my Juiceman died, I did a lot of shopping around before deciding on the Omega 8500. I primarily juice fruits and vegetables, and wanted a masticating juicer. I couldn't be happier with the quality of this product. The clean up is easy, the juice is terrific. My one complaint is the size of the feed tube--it would be nice if it were a little bigger. However, I assume this is performance-related spec. Once you get used to cutting things down to the right size, things go smoothly. And the 10-year warranty is a testament to its quality.
