Juicing Screen Warranty November 20, 2015

Absolutely love this juicer, but in the 14 months I've owned it, the 2 stage juicing screen has cracked TWICE. I have followed directions, washed it by hand and treated it gently. The first time I contacted Omega, it took two weeks to send me the wrong part and another two weeks to send me the correct one. I was also told I would have to pay for the next one if necessary. I thought there was a 15 year warranty on parts which is one reason I bought the Omega. I now have another cracked screen. Not happy with service or "15 year?" warranty.
