Awesome! My VRT352HD arrived today in the Middle East, only 7 days after it was shipped. Out of the box - washed it -- juiced apples, pears, cucumbers, beets, kiwis, lemon, and ginger for dinner. It works exactly as described in John's videos. I'll be taking it with me when I move to the Philippines. Clean-up was a snap. It didn't jam. It didn't clog. The juice came out as advertised. The pulp flowed as advertised (great food for my worms, by the way.) Thanks John for all of your assistance and fantastic videos!
