Beware of Return Policy!! May 25, 2015

The quality and quantity of juice produced is excellent. It is a quality machine and reasonably easy to use. However, there are two things I would like to emphasize: it takes an inordinate amount of time to clean this juicer. I do a thorough clean, in the interests of hygiene and to properly care for this expensive machine, and it takes a really long time! It is now mostly a decorative addition to my bench top. Also, you should pay close attention to the return policy. The company is based in California and their conditions for returning are extremely restrictive. I am selling this to try to recoup some cash and buying an omega horizontal juicer. I have seen one in action and it is way easier to clean and will get me back to juicing daily.
