At first I was disappointed that it was just a lot of plastic at such a high price. Then I was disappointed because I didn't take the time to read the directions on how to use it. Then I was disappointed because I almost never used it; like it was a waste. I bought it back in 2001/2002. But NOW, in 2005, and especially because I'm shooting for all raw diet, I find it indispensable -- and often a "lifesaver." I'm learning wonderful sauces to use over the "pasta." It took me a LONG time to get used to the idea of it. Now that I have done that, it's wonderful. However if you are not a raw foodist this may just sit on your shelf.
