I am extremely happy with my Total Blender. I've owned it for a year and use it several times per day. It performs as advertised and makes short work of big chunks of veg. Clean up is easy. Put a squirt of soap and some water in it and give it a blend. The base wipes clean and doesn't have any crevices to collect gunk. It is a bit noisy.
