Great after the DOA item was replaced. June 8, 2002

I purchased this for less than $300 including shipping on an internet site and was then kicking myself because it was DOA. The fan wouldn't start and it would shut off soon after because it was getting too hot. I called the dealer and he referred me to the factory. The factory sent out a new boiler within a couple days. It's been about 4 months and I use it at least once a day. I haven't had a problem once except the one time I forgot to put in the baffle device and it shut down as it was supposed to do. The water is great and my health is great too!
