The Contoured Processing blade lifts and turns food for even results.  This blade is used for processing most food in the lechef food processor.

The Citrus Press will convert the LeChef food processor into a citrus juicer that can juice citrus fruits such as oranges, tangerines, lemons, limes, and smaller grapefruits.

The French Fry Disc is used to obtain "matchstick" french fries or vegetable slices for salads from potatoes, summer squash, carrots and beets.

The Parmesan disc is used to grate parmesan cheese, it is also great for shaving ice for a special treat!
