serve our customers. We have eliminated the need to lease and operate an expensive
storefront, or to publish and mail out expensive catalogs. The
Living Foods Marketplace has the lowest overhead as a percentage of sale in the industry
and we pass these savings directly to our customers.. Although we try to keep our
prices as low as possible, our prices are subject to change without notice.

in order to save trees, the environment and keep our costs the lowest, we do not have
paper catalog we can send out. Our catalog is online 24 hours a day.

There is no state sales tax on any item shipped outside of
the state California, for our US customers. All orders shipped within
California are subject to 9% sales tax. Foreign - We currently do not ship outside the
USA. I thought that there was no "Internet tax", why are you still

We charge a shipping charge for every order. The shipping charge will be displayed
on the last checkout page before you submit your order. We have a promotion where we will
pay for the shipping charge on some of our items when shipping to the US 48 states. See this page for futher details.
Domestic orders are shipped Fedex Ground or UPS. You will be asked to
specify the shipping method you prefer on your order form. You choose the
shipping method and cost that best meets your needs. The Living and Raw Foods
Marketplace does not ship on major holidays or weekends. To calculate
shipping charges, we have installed a interactive rate calculator on each product
page. Simply enter your zip code and click "GO" for an instant
shipping quote. When you place an order, the shipping charges will be calculated
automatically. FEDEX/UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes, or APO
addresses. We currently do not ship outside the 50 US states.

In order to keep our costs the lowest, we do not ship C.O.D. All in-stock items that
are paid with certified funds (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) are generally shipped within 48 hours (provided we have them in stock) or the next
Credit Card Orders:
In order to prevent and deter fraud, we only ship to the person
and address that is listed on file with the credit card company. Research
has shown that 99.99% of credit card fraud occurs when an unauthorized user fraudulently
uses a credit card to ship goods to an address other than the address on file with the
credit card. Therefore, in order to protect our customers from credit card fraud,
we only ship to the address listed with the credit card company(the address where the
monthly statements are sent). Currently, we are unable to ship to any other address
than the billing address when payment is made with a credit card unless we receive a
completed faxed authorization form.
Debit Card Orders:
We do accept debit cards, when used as a Visa or Mastercard. Please be aware that an
attempted purchase from DiscountJuicers.com with a bank debit card, even if the purchase
is declined, will result in a temporary deduction from the account associated with the
debit card. This deduction will be credited back to the account usually within one week of
the attempted transaction. The timeframe of the charge being reversed is determined by the
bank or institution issuing the debit card. Customers with duplicate charges on their
debit card must contact their bank or institution with questions about the status of these
charges. DiscountJuicers.com is not responsible for duplicate charges to any account
associated with a debit card. In order to avoid duplicate charges please only click on
process order once.
Order Processing Time:
Please allow up to 0-2 business days to process your order. We will
be unable to process your order if we need to correct some of your information. For
example, if your shipping address does not match your credit card billing address. If we
are missing some of your information, we will notify you and process your order once we
can confirm your information. (note: business days are Monday - Friday)

Order Acceptance Policy:
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify
our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell.
On the World Wide Web reserves the right at any time after receipt of your
order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Any order placed over $500.00
(U.S.) may require additional verification or information before accepting the order.
All merchandise offered by On the World Wide Web- the Living and Raw Foods
marketplace is BRAND NEW - factory fresh. We do not sell factory
seconds, or refurbished units. All merchandise comes with its original factory
warranty, should you have problems with a product, you should contact the manufacturer for
assistance. We make no express or implied warranties. Of course, we will
assist in any way we can to help you get your problem taken care of as soon as possible.
Please review your warranty information which is included with your item immediately upon
receipt of your order. If Warranty service should be needed, the customer is
responsible for shipping the item back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer will cover
shipping of the item back to the customer.
Returns will only be accepted with return authorization
number. All authorized equipment returns which are in the sealed original condition
(factory fresh, original cartons, with all accessories) must be ship prepaid and are
subject to a 20% restocking fee for all returned items. All returns must be made
within 14 days. Only products which are unused and NEW may be returned
- if the product has been used in any way (If any food has come in contact with
the item, it may not be returned). Once the juicer has been used it cannot
be returned as it cannot be resold. If the juicer is defective or needs repairs during the
warranty period please contact the manufacturer. For an authorization number please
fill out the RMA request form. RETURNS WITHOUT
AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED. Please note: we subscribe to standard
practice in the mail-order business in that your refund does not include any shipping and
handling charges that we have incurred.
Exchanges may be made within 14 days only if the product has not been used and no food has
come in contact with it. If after receiving a product and determining it will not meet
your needs, you may exchange the item for another item we stock. We will give you
full credit towards the purchase of another item. The shipping charges will not be
refunded, and you will be responsible for shipping charges of the new item.
Canceling your order
You may cancel your order, for any reason,
and receive a full refund provided that your order has not been shipped. If the
merchandise has already been shipped, please see our return policy that is stated above.
